Nic Andreani, PE

CO-FOUNDER / CEO
As a licensed Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience in engineering, construction, and business leadership, Nic brings a clear, methodical approach to every home build. Before co-founding Mission, he led a Texas-based environmental consulting firm from early growth to a $20M operation, culminating in a successful acquisition in 2018.
Nic has served in senior leadership roles at national engineering firms, overseeing complex development projects and company integrations across multiple markets. His depth of experience allows him to lead projects with structure, speed, and a sharp eye for quality, while keeping clients informed and confident throughout the process.
Nic earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M and holds a Professional Engineering license in the state of Texas. At Mission, he leads with a commitment to building homes that are structurally sound, thoughtfully designed, and delivered with excellence.
Schuyler Williamson, MBA

CO-FOUNDER / PRESIDENT
As an MBA, top 1% Austin realtor, and experienced investor, Schuyler brings a strategic blend of real estate expertise, design sensibility, and market insight to every home build. His background helps clients make confident decisions about what truly adds long-term value to a custom home
Schuyler graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and later earned his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business. He served nearly six years as a combat arms officer in the U.S. Army, including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan with the elite 82nd Airborne Division. He is also a graduate of Army Ranger School and was the first West Point cadet ever drafted to play professional baseball.
After his military career, Schuyler led growth and client success teams at Keller Williams Realty International and CareerPlug. He continues to speak and advise on leadership, performance, and business strategy. He’s passionate about helping clients find or create a home they love, one that becomes a place to build lasting memories.
Andre Desnoyers

VICE PRESIDENT OF CONSTRUCTION

With more than 30 years of experience in both commercial and residential construction, Andre has overseen the successful completion of over one million square feet of projects across Austin.

At Mission, he is directly responsible for site feasibility and analysis, city permitting, architectural and engineering oversight, contractor management, and pre-construction planning. His disciplined approach ensures every project begins on solid ground and moves forward with clarity and precision.
From remodeling estate homes in California to leading large-scale residential and multifamily developments in Austin with Legend Communities, Andre has spent decades mastering every layer of construction.
At Mission, he brings not only technical expertise but also a deep pride in craftsmanship, making sure every home we build is structurally sound, beautifully executed, and built to last for generations.

Shaun M. Gonzalez

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Shaun has more than nine years of experience in homebuilding and has been involved in over 200 projects throughout his career. He brings deep expertise across foundation, framing, MEPs, and finish-outs, with a meticulous eye for quality and precision in every stage of construction.
As a Construction Manager at Mission Home Builders, Shaun oversees field operations and ensures that every home is built to the company’s high standards. He takes pride in solving problems quickly, guiding field teams effectively, and making sure each finished home reflects the original design and vision.
Peyton Atchison

CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

Peyton brings a strong background in residential remodeling and project management, with experience overseeing construction from design through completion. She is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring every project stays on budget, on schedule, and aligned with the client’s vision.
A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, Peyton has managed projects across Austin, coordinating directly with homeowners, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality results. She takes pride in clear communication, thoughtful planning, and creating an exceptional experience for every homeowner she works with.
Chandler Powell

CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

With five years in the construction industry and over 70 homes built or managed, Chandler brings extensive hands-on experience in frame carpentry and landscape architecture. Raised by dirt contractors and well drillers, he’s been operating heavy equipment for most of his life and has a deep appreciation for the craft of building from the ground up.
Chandler enjoys taking a blank piece of land and creating something new, especially when it means helping first-time homeowners achieve the dream of owning a home that is uniquely theirs.
