Realtor Referral Program

We believe great partnerships should be simple, transparent, and rewarding.

Referral commission is based on the contract value of the build and resets each calendar year:

  • 3% on your first referred project of the year

  • 4% on your second referred project of the year

  • 5% on your third and any additional referred projects that year

Commission-Eligible Projects

The referral percentages above apply to:

  • Custom homes

  • Investor spec homes (build-to-rent or build-to-sell)

Commission for Major Remodels and Full-Home Renovations

In addition to custom home builds, Mission also takes on large-scale remodels and full-home renovations. These projects are typically full gut renovations or major additions, with a minimum project size of approximately $400,000.

Referral compensation for remodels and renovations is handled separately and determined on a case-by-case basis.
