This two-story custom home was designed for Marc and Bijal, a growing family who wanted a space that balanced openness, light, and livability. After touring homes on the market that didn’t quite fit their needs, they partnered with Mission to create something uniquely theirs, a home with room to grow, plenty of natural light, and thoughtful spaces that support both family life and personal routines.

Inside, the layout includes 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a private home office, and a detached garage with an upstairs studio that doubles as a second workspace. The open-concept design brings in abundant natural light and creates a seamless flow between living, dining, and kitchen spaces.

Marc and Bijal customized key features like an extended garage for a home gym, a screened-in porch for their kids to play safely year-round, and an arched shelving niche in the primary suite that adds warmth and character.

For them, the result is more than a home. It’s a space that reflects the rhythm of their lives. From morning workouts in the garage to evenings on the porch watching their children play, every part of this build was crafted for connection, comfort, and purpose.

House Exterior

The Crestview Custom makes the most of its lot and natural surroundings. The home was positioned around the two existing front trees, which now frame the entry and give the house an earthy, outdoor feel. A mix of smooth stucco, horizontal siding, and a warm wood front door creates a clean, modern look. The detached garage sits toward the back of the property to allow for extra parking along the driveway. The garage door was specifically designed with a tight seal, making it ideal for the homeowners who use the space as a home gym.

Main Living Area

This open-concept living space feels bright and welcoming, with natural light pouring in from large black-framed windows. Wide-plank white oak floors add warmth and balance against the clean white walls and minimalist design.

The built-in bar under the stairs adds a practical touch, giving the homeowners a convenient spot for entertaining or enjoying a glass of wine without leaving the main space. The open flow between the living room and kitchen makes the home feel connected and easy to live in every day.

Kitchen

This kitchen features rift-sawn white oak cabinets and Ethereal Glow Silestone quartz countertops, giving the space a clean, modern look. The backsplash is finished with Mizu Silver tile, adding just the right amount of texture and contrast. The laundry room features maple cabinetry painted in a soft green tone, paired with black quartz countertops for a clean, modern look. The hex tile flooring adds a stylish touch and durability, while the built-in sink and window above bring in natural light and make the space easy to use. Secondary Bathrooms:

Each of the secondary bathrooms has its own unique personality while keeping a cohesive modern feel throughout the home.
